Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Govt.of India has prepared a compendium of success stories based on satisfactory redressal of public grievances by the Panchayati Raj Departments (PRD) of respective States titled “51 Stories of Panchayats Bringing Change For Good Governance”. The Compendium documents notable instances of effective grievance redressal facilitated through the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) and presents inspiring examples of citizen-centric governance at the grassroots level.
