    10 Haryana The Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 50% reservation for women in PRI has been provided as per ‘The Haryana Panchayati Raj (Second Amendment) Act, 2020’
    11 Himachal Pradesh The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 50% reservation for women in PRI has been provided as per ‘The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Act, 2008’ which has been incorporated in the Principal Act.
    12 Jammu & Kashmir Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act 1989 These are newly created UTs w.e.f. 31.10.2019 after bifurcation of erstwhile State of Jammu & Kashmir. UTs of  Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh have adopted the provisions of ‘Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act 1989
    13 Ladakh Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act 1989 These are newly created UTs w.e.f. 31.10.2019 after bifurcation of erstwhile State of Jammu & Kashmir. UTs of  Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh have adopted the provisions of ‘Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act 1989.

    17 Lakshadweep The Lakshadweep Panchayats Regulation, 1994
    18 Madhya Pradesh The Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993 50% reservation for women in PRI has been provided as per ‘The Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2007’ which has been incorporated in the Principal Act.

    24 Rajasthan The Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 50% reservation for women in PRI has been provided as per ‘The Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Second Amendment) Act, 2008’ which has been incorporated in the Principal Act.
    25 Sikkim The Sikkim Panchayat Act, 1993 50% reservation for women in PRI has been provided as per ‘The Sikkim Panchayat (Amendment) Act, 2011’
    26 Tamil Nadu The Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 50% reservation for women in PRI has been provided as per ‘The Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Amendment) Act, 2016’
